cTrader (Fxpro, Ic market....) not working since a week

cTrader (Fxpro, Ic market....) not working since a week

Not being connected with my accounts. and the message being displayed with a sound "An error occurred. The problem has been submitted to the cTrader team. We apologize for the inconvenience. please restart Ctrader.". After restarting also same problem. In web cTrader platform also, same problem, unable to log in. Luckily, I am having real account with no money in both FxPro, IC market where I was operating with demo. Just thinking about those who have real account with money, are they finding same problem, why they are silent?
