Allow accessing Indicator outputs color

When an indicator has several outputs for the user it's hard and annoying to recognize what each output represents, a good example can bee indicators that shows the strength of FX currencies.

To solve the issue developer can add a legend to the indicator so for adding legend developer have to know the indicator output colors which are set by the user.
