increase renko options to 500 pips

I would like to see the renko pip size option increased to 500 pips as some very volatile indeces like dax and us30 need a number higher than the current max of 100 pips.

2nd...Can you make the brick formation visible instead of just waiting for the brick to form

define your own Renko Bricksize

Make bricksize variable (so you can set it yourself( also from code))
