Add AskMarketDepth and BidMarketDepth to the Symbol class

Hi CTDN,

Please add AskMarketDepth and BidMarketDepth to the Symbol class
Now it takes time to clacluate it and the data for it has to be transferred to the client.
The server can do that much faster.
