Tick countdown

Respecfully suggest that the tick countdown does so towards zero, then forms a new bar.

Reason: multiple tick charts open, current count-up method means I need to know the tick count setting for each chart to be able to interprete how many ticks until the next bar prints.

With suggested count-down, all the trader needs to see is the number of ticks in the count box = number of ticks until next bar.
