90 minute time cycles Indicator

Can you kindly add this indicator on ctrader, the ability to create a 90-minute time cycles trading indicator. 

Visability-it should look like a period separetor(dotted vertical lines) but traders can manually input what ever 90-minutes cycles they choose to trade. For example 08:00-09:30 (London Session for me GMT+2). Or I can also use 09:00-10:30 as my time cycle.
