Ctrader indicators and Cbots doesn't appear in the chart

Hello,
I have downloaded this indicator and many others trying to apply on my chart, but when I do nothing appear in my chart:

and this what supposed to be shown:

and even for cbots, this should show a menu here but it doesn't:

Hi there,

It works fine for me. Check your Automate tab in case there is any useful information there.

I did many researchs and found that a lot of people had the same problem when they update to new version … so it's problem of compatibility … I tried many solutions like giving : `AccessRights = AccessRights.FullAccess`.
but it doesnt work!
some others talk about the runtime installation but that what i got:

That problem is killing me, I can't do anything….one of the worst problems is the compatibility one.

Hello,

I noticed the same issue on my end. Chart very slow, lagging a lot, indicators errors, could not load indicators and cbots tab.

Today .NET got an update and I'm assuming this may be the cause.

I noticed this since Apr-15.
