Tick chart count bars

Hi everyone,

I'm not a coder and only have minimal experience with emtpy4 coding, trying to make the switch to ctrader and calgo coding.

I'm looking at developing an indicator that works on tick charts that can count the amount of candles & the pip range between certain times, and display it on the chart.

IE/ 10:00 to 10:05 (Australian Eastern Standard Time) = 9 bars

Any advise on where to start?
