Elapsed time-per-bar indicators... for tick charts

Are there any indicators in the cTrader space which calculates the amount of time elapsed for each bar on a tick chart? Plot the inverse of that as a histogram.

Or, is there a way to draw a tick chart on a standard equidistant time axis? Therefore, the space between tick-chart bars is a function of time elapsed to draw each full bar? Slow markets will have greater spacing between x-tick bars. Fast markets may have overlapping, stacked or very tight bar spacing.

Another related indicator would be "ticks per second" / TPS. With this you can calculate the EMA of TPS over N bars and compare that to other values.
