Help developing the best Pivot Indicator

Hey there. I have no clue in coding. Maybe someone here could help me.

I'm in search of a complete pivot indicator to complete my switch from mt4 to ctrader. The features that's missing from availabe pivot indicators are the following:

1. The central pivot range
2. Ability to add not just the daily pivots but also weekly, monthly, and yearly pivots on an hourly (or even lower) time-frame 
3. Automatically plot NFP lines

Although the 3rd one is just a suggestion. The "nfp high and low lines" are just lines plotted on the high and low of the candled during the non farm payroll report. The non far, payroll report comes out at 15:30 gmt +2, so the nfp lines are plotted on the 15:00 hour candle.
