{Help} MACD with pattern

Hi,

Please help me to create indicator with pattern in MACD Crossover:

1. When MACD > Signal:

  - Red pattern: the middle histogram is higher than the left - next histogram and the right - next histogram

 - Blue Pattern: the middle histogram is smaller than the left - next histogram and the right - next histogram

1. When MACD < Signal:

  - Red pattern: the middle histogram is smaller than the left - next histogram and the right - next histogram

 - Blue Pattern: the middle histogram is higher than the left - next histogram and the right - next histogram
