Anyway to create an indicator show candlestick shadow price?

Dear All,

I would like to ask whether is possible to have an indicator to show the candlesticks shadow price for high and low?

Because, everytime when i need to check on the candlesticks shadown price required crosshair tools.

what i mean the indicator can straigh and tell me the shadow price on the chart.
