Delay in connection

I have about 200 ms delay when connecting via FIX API to my Varianse cTrader account. I talked with them and they say that the account is connecting automatically to the closest server. But this does not seem to be the case, even a test request takes over 200 ms to get a response to and I use a server in LD4. Do you need something from me to look into this?

Hi there,

We cannot reproduce such a behavior neither we had any other complaints. I am connecting to Varianse London proxy from Cyprus without any notable delay. See below

Can you send us the relevant screenshot from your cTrader application? Also can you confirm you are using the same host as the one suggested by cTrader?
