Connect Multicharts to Ctrader

Hello, I am problem to connect multicharts to Ctrader by fixapi. I made correctly the Information input (so ip address; port; password after change by button, SenderCompID and TargetCompID), but don't start. Can you aid me?. Or do youhave a tutorial to see better the steps? and ask if it is possible also with Tradestation.

Hello, thanks. Honestly I already wrote to Multichart and they tell me to write to Ctrader, so I do not know what to do.
