Limit on MarketDataRequest?

Limit on MarketDataRequest?

Hi,

Is there some sort of limit imposed on receiving live stream price information using MarketDataRequest on FIX?

It seems like I can pull live price data for various pairs, but then after about 5-10mins, even though the Heartbeat remains fine, no more price data is received. This seems to reset when I restart the function.

Hi Chris,

You should not stop receiving data. To investigate further please send us the following information

Account Number
Broker
Proxy
The exact time you subscribe to market data and the FIX message you send.
The exact time the stream stops.
