cTrader connecting via FIX Api with Liquidity Pool

Is it possible to connect cTrader to a Liquidity Pool having its address?
How to change the following FIX parameters:

Host name: h47.p.ctrader.com 
(Current IP address 212.83.157.16 can be changed without notice)
Port: 5211 (SSL), 5201 (Plain text)
Password: ***** (a/c 3211007 password)
SenderCompID: ctrader.3211007
TargetCompID: cServer
SenderSubID: QUOTE

Host name: h47.p.ctrader.com 
(Current IP address 212.83.157.16 can be changed without notice)
Port: 5212 (SSL), 5202 (Plain text)
Password: ***** (a/c 3211007 password)
SenderCompID: ctrader.3211007
TargetCompID: cServer
SenderSubID: TRADE

What's the benefits to have own liquidity pool? Is it useful seeking for the lowest latency?
