Hi all 

I am testing using the sample FIX application as provided on Github: https://github.com/spotware/FIX-API-Sample

I am unable to logon, there is no reply to the FIX mesage send. My FIX message is:

8=FIX.4.4 9=120 35=A 49=pepperstone.1026015 56=cServer 57=QUOTE 50=QUOTE 34=1 52=20180626-04:46:30 98=0 108=30 553=1026015 554=PASSWORD 10=194

Any advice? Thank you!

Thanks, I have amended the FIX message. The issue is still unresolved. There is no reply to the FIX message send. My FIX message is:

8=FIX.4.4 9=122 35=A 49=pepperstone.1026015 56=cServer 57=QUOTE 50=1026015 34=1 52=20180626-08:58:44 98=0 108=30 553=1026015 554=PASSWORD 10=161

I noticed tag 50 and tag 553 are the same. Is it correct?

Any other suggestions for the FIX message? Thank you!

Yes, this is correct. I don't see any other issue in your message. Please make sure that you are using the correct password. Note that you need to use your trading account password for FIX API login.

Hi Panagiotis

Thank you for the advice. I was using cDTN password instead of Pepperstone account password. The FIX message I received back:

8=FIX.4.4 9=101 35=A 34=1 49=cServer 50=QUOTE 52=20180626-09:40:30.049 56=pepperstone.1026015 57=1026015 98=0 108=30 10=132

I believe this is the correct return message, am I correct? Thank you.
