cannot get quotes from pepperstone

cannot get quotes from pepperstone

Hello,

Today I cannot receive some quotes from pepperstone.
I receive eurpln eurhuf pairs but not the main pairs.
I can connect to both stream and trade.

Please let me know what is teh problem
