Chart Data and Object Lost

Chart Data and Object Lost

Hello,

I got a problem this morning with cTrader Web and Mobile, all my Chart Data and Object added was removed and cannot restore it.

I'm using the same Workspace on cTrader Web for about 3 years and all the object was removed from all the chart.

 

 

Does any one know what's is the problem and how can it can be resolved ?

My personal workspace still saved but nothing is loaded on it.

 

Thanks in advance.

PS : I changed my cTrader ID Password yesterday and today I got this problem.
