Quick Trade Settings resets evertime I load my browser afresh

HI everyone,

Please I need help.

Regarding the attached screenshot, My quick trade settings always reset anytime I reload my browser or logout & login in again. What could be the cause? I thought the settings will remain permanent after applying the settings since I I use only Ctrader Web for the meantime. 

Any help would be really appreciated.
