Template, Favorite timeframes, drawing settings, colours settings are lost after F5 in Chrome.

Template, Favorite timeframes, drawing settings, colours settings are lost after F5 in Chrome.

Hi cTrader's Team.

I have searched Google about this issue and have seen comments stating it has returned to normal. 

However, for the past 3-4 months until now, I have still been experiencing the problem where templates, favorite timeframes, drawing settings, and color settings, etc… are lost after pressing F5 in Chrome.
