Can't see last year statement

Can't see last year statement

Hi

 

When I press the button at “History Tab→Statement” it sends me to https://ct-sc.icmarkets.com/statement?type=trade-account&lang=en but all I get is a empty page.

 I do this each new year to get a pdf and an excel file with all my operations buy today it doesn't work.
