Can not connect to WEB ctrader

Hi, my login is chuharev@gmail.com
Today web page became blank, I see you have changed to new domain (ct.purple-trading.com), but my credentials do not work, when I enter them I see the page with: New Account/ New Demo Account/ Change Ctrader ID, so I can not access platform.

Could you please help to get authorised on a platform, please.
