Good Evening, 

When using the cTrader Web App, the History Tab will show all trades within a time frame. 

 

There is a button showing “statement” which other users report as the way to initiate a download of said History for that time range. 

 

When clicking the button to begin, a new page opens and the URL only shows

“https://ct.spotware.com/statement?type=trade-account&lang=en” which does not appear to have any of the previously entered variables. 

No download begins and only for 1-2s does a cTrader Logo spin around and then the page is left forever as a White Screen.

I need to export my trading history as a matter of urgency. 

I repeated the same process in cTrade Mac App, with no results (Actually the Mac App originally showed my history, but not won't even show any history at all which is strange) 

Id really appreciate some help or even if you can manually export to CSV for me thats even better!!!!!
