difference between web and desktop

why are the functions of the web version and the desktop not the same. I use certain functions, but one is only on the web and the other only on the desktop. such as the fixed range is not on the desktop and the replay is not on the web. and the multisession indicator is not on the web, only on the desktop.. However, I do use this so how can I solve this.
