Limit orders

Hi is anyone else experienceing limit orders just not going through even though price is hovering over the order for like a solid 10 seconds. I was trying to trade CAD/JPY today and unfortunately missed a beautiful trade because cTrader was unable to go through with my limit order so now im stuck just watching the price go in my desired direction. Is there anyway to fix this?
