Problem when taking 'chartshot' of my analysis

I have encountered an issue when trying to take a screenshot ('chartshot') of my analysis.  When pressing the 'chartshot' function on cTrader my screen turns white for 10-15 seconds before providing me with a link which should show my analysis.  However, the link provided shows the chart of the currency pair I have analysed, but my analysis of that currency pair is not on the chart.  Overall cTrader has been very slow for the past week since this problem has occurred.  I have tried using an alternative computer, changing Wifi, restarting my computer/browser, however nothing has solved the issue.  Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
