Refreshing Ctrader web with an advanced take profit set closes the entire trade

Refreshing Ctrader web with an advanced take profit set closes the entire trade

I have had issues especially with IC Markets Ctrader web, whenever i refresh the ctrader web window with advanced take profit set, it closes the entire trade, I tried contacting the broker about this but they see it from their end as a trade which was closed normally, does anyone else have this issue?

I tried reproducing this behavior but could not. Could you please record a short video demonstrating this happening so that we can see the steps you follow to make this happen?

Here is a video of the issue, in this case the whole trade didn't close but sometime the whole trade closes or just the advanced take profit, even when price is no where near the target, just refreshing the page causes this.
