Advanced Protection disabled

Is there any way or workaround to allow advanced protection to stay active? I've using web platform, the browser is on but minimized. However due to connection issues it refreshes and AP then disabled... The same would happen to desktop platform whenever the connection breaks.. Kinda frustrating when login back in and seeing the trade supposed to hit AP and reversed..

Hi Quantm00.Chan,

Thanks for posting in our forum. Advanced protection works on the client side therefore if there is no connection, advanced protection will be disabled.
