Problems Opening trades using cbots.

Hello.  I recently started using TradersWay cTrader platform.  

I have a cbot (written by a developer , named  Fast Scalper) that is having a difficult time opening trades on the platform.  The typical error message is:

29/07/2016 15:47:12.373 | Fast Scalper, XAUUSD, h1 | Executing Market Order to Buy 10 XAUUSD (SL: 10, TP: 40, MR: 3)
29/07/2016 15:47:12.685 | Fast Scalper, XAUUSD, h1 | → Executing Market Order to Buy 10 XAUUSD (SL: 10, TP: 40, MR: 3) FAILED with error "TechnicalError"

Sometimes the trades work on currency pairs (in demo, but not on real accounts). The trade  has never work on gold (either demo or real).  

The broker suggested that I review the forum threads here and make a post if I did not see the issue posted.  Also, to try to submit the trades without the SL or the TP.  (I'm still trying to figure out how to do that with the cbot). 

Any suggestions / comments would be appreciated.
