D1 chart bug

Daily bars are not properly drawn when the session ends before 21:00 UTC.

Attached two pictures of ETHUSD when session ended before 21:00 UTC and the D1 candle hasn't been drawn (31 may 2024 is not drawn onto D1 chart)
