Xauusd in 2000 ticks chart ?

Hello, 

I am new in c trader. 

I have a real,account with my broker (ic market) 

I am using c trader platform. 

I need to get the chart of xauusd or sp500 in ticks (2000 ticks). The higher tick in my platform settings is 1000 ticks ! How can I change ticks into 2000 ? 

Anyone to help please !!
