xauusd 2000 ticks chart

hello, 

I need your help. 

I am on a real account on C trader (using Ic market broker). I want to trade on 2000 ticks chart for gold and SP500. 

I don't know how to change tick's periode ? how to make 2000 ticks. I see only 1000 ticks and can't modify it !
