How to determine the realized profit & loss when partially closing an ongoing trade?

Is there currently a way for me to accurately determine the realized profit or loss when partially closing an ongoing trade?

Something like, If I close 0.05 lots from the 0.2 lot order as shown in the image, will the profit/loss be around ±$5 or something similar before I press the confirm button?

If not, what alternative approach would you take in this case?
