order at news

the order accuracy is awfully bad when it comes to news, I can understand that the order closes a little later but I have just lost 3.8 times my stop loss because my order closed 0.3 percent later, it's bad, I can accept it to a certain extent, it's the same with other brokers but I've never experienced it on this scale, a loss like that can throw several days' work out the window, I think that's completely unacceptable and yes, it may be that you should get out early when news comes, but for example in long-term trades you don't get out and back in again for every piece of news, what nonsense, and I don't see that in scalping either, that's what a stop loss is for and it should work.
