Workspace revert to default

Hi, is it possible to revert all the workspace settings to the default (like it was after the clean install initially) or only the clean install can help?
I messed up somehow and I can not move the bars together with the grid with my mouse anymore, just the grid moving alone.

This is a graphics card issue. Please update your graphics card drivers.
