Huge spreads on BTCUSD

I'd assume on a thickly traded stock that the spreads would be lower? Coinbase also says the spreads are usually below a dollar, however (demo) trading with CTrader I get spreads of around ~30 dollars? To me this is insane, trading on the US100 gives me lower spreads, but 30 dollars on BTCUSD?? Weird.

Spreads are set by the brokers. You should contact your broker regarding this issue.
