Not showing my account to switch to

I recently join with ctrader, as i took a prop firm challenge. For a day i was trading on that account and also opened a demo. But next day i wasnt able to see my prop firm account. I was sacred as i hit max loss and lose that. But that wasn't the case. So, i would like to support to help me as soon as possible, plz try to reply on emails. Thanks
