Hi, I'm writing this email on behalf of a friend who can't receive the password reset link via email. the email is angile.fabio9@libero.it - he received the email saying that the account was created but when he clicks on RESET PASSWORD no email is received.
We also sent an email to community@ctrader.com a few minutes ago so you can resolve the problem
