How may I delete my cTrader ID

Hello, I would like to delete my cTrader ID. No demo or live accounts are linked to my cTrader ID.

 

I was not able to find a page or tab where I could proceed to erase my cTrader ID.

The broker with which I had have a live account told me that it was not in their capacity to delete my cTrader ID.

 

I wrote several emails of the request for deletion of my my cTrader ID to community@ctrader.com, but got no replies from them.

 

I am asking for help in deletion cTrader ID. If you are know how, let me know please.

Hi there,

The broker can delete your cTrader ID as long as you have no open accounts with any broker. If you have sent an email to community@ctrader.com, it will be processed and they will reply to you.

Hello, thank you for an answer.

I only had one account from only one broker which was linked to my cTID.

I asked the broker delink my account from my cTID, and the account was closed and delinked as requested.

I was then able to successfully delete my linked account from a list of account of my cTID page, and currently my cTID shows no account at all associated with my cTID. In other words, the number of a trading account stands at zero.

The broker also said that it had no control over my cTID including erasure thereof, and told me to contact cTrader Team or Support instead.

I sent multiple emails to cTrader support but they have yet to give me back any replies, although it has been a few days since.

Does it normally take long to delete cTID by cTrader support and should I just wait in a continued manner?

If you can, please share some experience of yours in deletion of cTID you did not need and use in the past.

Hi there,

This is not true, they have this possibility through their backend system

I wrote several emails of the request for deletion of my my cTrader ID to community@ctrader.com, but got no replies from them.
