cT returning to old snapshot, removing tabs, time, drawing, indicators

I have completely …and … behaviour of cT desktop, both Win/Mac
When I close cT and restart it after longer period of time (over night) I lose everything, colours, tabs, drawings and system time.
cT is returning to some weird default/snapshot with no idea where it is stored. I lose everything, my open tabs, my drawings, time is reset to winter time, completely everything.
Old snapshot is loaded, with particular tabs opened at that time, old drawings at that time and old winter time.
I reinstalled the cT completely, deleted all directories created by cT, cAlgo and cTrader but cT is always returning to that snapshot.
When I close the app and immediately open it again, everything is ok, when I open it in the morning, everything is lost …
I wrote 3 emails with request for support directly from the app, withno response.
It is not possible to use the app with this behaviour, with no support, no response. I'm totally … with the app and with a support around it.
I'm considering switch back to … platform and writing …in app stores etc. I understand that system can have bug, but not this magnitude and I do not understand total lack of support and … from cT dev and maintenance

Hi there,
You would need to provide some more detailed information regarding this matter. Is this reproducible using specific steps. Is it possible to record a video demonstrating this behavior? Did you try a clean installation? Does this continue happening after a clean installation as well?

Hi,
yes it is reproducible, in the morning when I boot the comp and start cT the old snapshot is there.
When I close the cT and reopen it after short period of time the correct configuration is there.
As I wrote I deleted cT from the system, reinstall it and even deleted all directories cAlgo and cTrader and the problem persist.
I'm running cT v 4.8.30 and Win 10 v 22H2 regularly updated.
This also happens with cT for Mac, with slightly different scenario, the cT for Mac lost the internet connection, it was displayed in the status, than it regains the connection and in that moment it deleted every tab and brought back some old configuration of tabs and drawings.
I'm a Mac user, I'm not using cT Mac version because it is still not mature enough, only when my desktop is not available. I'm not sure how to exactly do video on Win and would need to do some browsing and honestly do not know what value it can bring and what would be the difference against screenshot.
And I do not understand any additional information value even from screenshots
Again every morning after the boot of the system, I open cT, tabs with graphs from evening are gone, there is an old configuration with old tabs, old drawings, old system time, it has winter time and now it is summer time.
Every morning I'm closing unnecessary tabs from the snapshot, correcting time to summer time and starting drawing zones an levels from beginning every morning and it is TOTALLY ANNOYING
