Desktop does not show account

Hi,

My prop firm (Myfundedfx) migrated me to Ctrader. I got an email from Ctrader with the username and the desktop version download link. However, when I log into my account, I can only see another demo account I created with Ctrader but not my prop firm account. But when I login with the same credentials in the Ctrader web platform, i can see both my prop firm account and the demo account. All accounts are also tagged under my name and email and display fine.

I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, login in with my google account as well but i still cannot see the account through the desktop app. I tried contacting the prop firm but they say that the issue is not at their end.
