The application does not load

Hello! I don't know if anyone will have the same problem as me. I have been trying to open Ctrader on both the web platform and the Windows desktop application. Neither way works. It keeps loading the graph all the time and trying to access the account. It does work for me with previous versions from the desktop application. I already sent a message through "Report a technical Issue" of the desktop application, but there is no response or solution.

Can you please let us know your cTrader ID, the broker and account number you are trying to connect to?

cTrader ID: martrad22

Broker: Funding Pips

Account number: 5007321 

I have opened several demo accounts to see if it was a problem with the account, but this error is happening to me with all of them.
