Chart functionality

Hello everyone,
I would like to know if there is any precaution to be taken to ensure that the chart remains locked (i.e. it does not move either up or down but remains in the centre, obviously with the possibility of moving it to the right or left) and if there is a way to stop it when the timeframe is changed, that is, if I move months back, let's say November 2023, I would like that when I change the timeframe the chart does not return to today's date. I hope I have explained myself clearly.
I looked at the forum and the indicators but couldn't find anything about it, unless it was an oversight.
