Problem with graphical tools in cTrader 4.8.30

Good afternoon! A few days ago, I had several similar problems with all graphic tools.
1. When drawing a graphic element, at any moment the drawing is interrupted, as if I released the left mouse button, although I continue to hold it down. 
2. When moving a graphic, at any time the movement is interrupted as if I had released the left mouse button, even though I was holding it down. 
3. Graphic elements are not fixed on the graph. When I move around the chart, the graphic elements move as well. 
4. For graphic elements that have 3 or more anchor points, when you change the position of the anchor points, a crash occurs that leads to a complete redrawing of the element.

Additionally.
- The problem appears on all graphic elements - lines, Fibonacci tools, shapes, text, etc.
- I have a MacBook Pro M1 and Parallels Desktop with Windows 11 Home x64 (Apple Silicon 3.20 GHz, 6 GB RAM).
- I have cTrader 4.8.30 installed. cTrader was downloaded from the FPMarkets broker's personal account. I have been using cTrader for almost a year, and I have never had such problems before.
- I reinstalled cTrader, but the problem remained (I downloaded and installed cTrader from FPMarkets broker again).
- I also have cTrader installed on MacOS, and there are no problems there.

P.S. I managed to show problem #4 only on the first instrument - the Fibonacci extension, and then (after 2:30), as you can see, the pivot points started to move normally, although I did the same actions.
