Connection Error on FTMO Ctrader Desktop

Im getting a connection error on FTMO Ctrader Desktop , I can log in fine on the FTMO app and web versions. I then downloaded ctrader from the ctrader website directly and it log in perfecly fine but the FTMO branded Ctrader Desktop Verson downloanded from the FTMO website is giving an error.
