Drawing Position Tool

I think the time is ripe enough to take 20 minutes to implement this very useful tool. Even though it has been requested more than once, it is still not available on the platform. All the scripts created by the community as workarounds are great but I would like the team to make an effort to implement it by default once and for all.

Since the team has more control over the platform, I know they could create a fully functional drawing tool. On behalf of many community members, it would be a nice Christmas gift. Thanks for the attention.
