Strange Loss

Hello,

this is Tafara Muchenje and I have an FTMO funded account of 20.000£ and I trade using your platform. My CTRADER DEMO FTMO account number should be 7199864. 

On the 21st of September I placed a Sell order on GBPCAD at 1.65656 around 17:15 and just around 21:13 I was taken out and I was charged a loss of 341.50 which is  more of my initial stop Loss value (that I think it was around 200£).

The Deal ID is DID68358368. 

My main issue here is to know why I was taken out of the trade if the price did never reached that value you considered of 1.66034 and my stop loss was still more than 15 pips far above of the price was on the market at that time. 

Basically you closed the trade more than 30 pips above the real price that was showen at the time I was taken out. 

And Why I was charged more then my Stop Loss value? It seems you add another 10-15 pips to my stop loss!

I really appreciate your help in resolving this issue which has been unpleasant.
