SL and TP lines do not appear when planning a trade

Hi
Since recently I am unable to manually select my SL and TP lines when entering Limit or Stop orders via the Create Order panel. I use the desktop platform, version 4-8-25.
I have made a Youtube video explaining the issue. I have done a clean installation as per your website instructions (removed .NET framework etc) but the problem persists.
Strangely enough though, the problem appears on the web platform as well, not only on my desktop platform.
