Connectivity Challenges and Algo Performance Issues in cTrader

I am currently utilizing the cTrader trading platform on a virtual private server (VPS) provided by AccuWeb Hosting Forex VPS for running multiple cAlgos that execute and manage trades in the forex market. These cAlgos are designed to actively engage with the market, opening new positions and making adjustments to existing ones at consistent intervals, typically every 3 minutes. However, my trading activities are being adversely affected by recurring "DISCONNECT" error messages, which are clearly evident in the platform's log files.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of the issue:

1. Platform Connectivity Interruptions: The cTrader platform frequently experiences disruptions in connectivity, leading to periods of inactivity and lost trading opportunities. During these intervals, the cAlgos fail to execute trades or manage existing positions, resulting in missed profit potential or increased risk exposure.

2. cAlgo Actions and Volume: The cAlgos are actively managing a substantial number of trades and positions. It's not uncommon for the platform to handle around 100 active orders and approximately 50 open positions simultaneously. These positions and orders are subject to continuous modifications by the cAlgos, which execute their actions based on predefined criteria triggered by the "OnBar" event using a M3 chart.

3. Log Evidence of Disconnects: The log files contain numerous instances of "DISCONNECT" errors, confirming the connectivity challenges. These errors occur during times when the cAlgos should be actively modifying positions and executing trades. This is detrimental to the consistent performance of the trading strategies.

To summarize, the situation unfolds as follows:

1. The cTrader platform experiences frequent connectivity disruptions, leading to periods of trading inactivity and missed opportunities.
2. The cAlgos actively manage a substantial number of trades and positions, which are modified at 3-minute intervals.
3. The log files reveal a pattern of "DISCONNECT" errors during these periods, resulting in rejected position adjustment requests.

I have been using NYC Servers for a long time and have never had any issues with them.

My VPS has always been up (they have a 100% uptime guarantee) except when I reboot my server to install the latest Windows updates.

It handles MT4/5 and cTrader perfectly and has all SSD storage.

They are co-located next to either NY or London, where the major Forex markets are so there's minimal latency.
